Spain provided a gateway for another vision that forms part of our concept as a company; to introduce an exclusive product in an inclusive market. Spain captivated us by their extraordinary gastronomic culture, their people and their rich selection of exclusive wines. As the third most mountainous country in Europe and the second highest after France – such topography in combination with their climate make possible for Spain to have a very complex variety of wines composed of 96 Protected Denominations of Origin.

Spain ranks 12 globally in the Environmental Protection Index and ranked number one in water and sanitation and scores high in areas of air quality and environmental health. Currently, 44% of the energy consumed in Spain is from renewable sources. Spain vineyards are known for practicing natural fertilization systems that ensure a reduced environmental footprint.

Our wine selections originate from eight different denominations of origin throughout Spain and Andorra and are commercialized in the US under our own brand, Vendimiami. Each of the 19 wine cellars producing the wines we offer our clients, have been personally visited and carefully selected according to their quality, special characteristics, and of course, always taking in consideration their natural and eco-friendly processing systems. These wine cellars produce 50 different brands using 17 of their denomination of origin grapes that result in extraordinary varieties of specialty wine and sparkling wines.

We traveled 5,000 miles (~8,000 kilometers) across Spain and Andorra to find these treasured wines that encompass a variety of different viniculture techniques, knowledge base, and traditionalisms in the winemaking process. The result of that exploration resulted in a rich selection of all types of rare wines not usually found in conventional wine brands in the market.
